We opened the water training season this weekend 2.-4.6.2023. We met again at Slnečné jazerá in the grounds of the Zátoka and Relax hotel. Under the guidance of coaches Jana and Standa, we repeated what we had learned last year and we added new exercises.
In this training, we mainly focused on improving the execution of those exercises that are part of the DVG guidance.
The season is just beginning and we will try to organize more one-day trainings under the umbrella of the club.
